I’m a husband, father, and cinematographer. I believe that films are the most powerful way to tell stories, and that our world is hungry for great stories to be told.
I love people, creativity, and technology and am passionate about combining those things to create beautiful images on screen.
I'm extremely thankful to have DP'd hundreds of commercials, as well as documentaries, music videos, and short films. The feature-length narrative thriller, The Rattlin' Bog, was a project I operated A-Cam on. The camera was a 4th character of sorts and there were countless long take "oners" which were both a joy and a challenge to capture. I'm excited for the world to see the film in early 2026.
When I'm not working with productions to bring their vision to life, I also own and operate Shasta Film Supply, a rental house in Northern California. Not only does this allow me to offer a full camera and lighting packages to productions I work with, but also helps other local filmmakers with their own projects.
